Juan Pablo Davila is an Industrial Development Officer at UNIDO since 2008, responsible for implementing technical assistance projects related to green hydrogen in developing countries. With more than 18 years of experience in designing, implement and monitor international technical assistance programmes on quality, competitiveness, innovation and climate technologies.

Before Joining UNIDO, Juan Pablo started his professional career in the multinational private sector as a manufacturing engineer in the automotive industry. His experience in the public sector covers from his work as director of industrial development to director of foreign investment in northern Mexico.

Juan Pablo holds a degree in mechanical engineering from ITESM (Mexico, 1997), a Master’s Degree in Technological Innovation form CentraleSupelec (France, 2001) a lead auditor ISO 9001 course and an executive courses on Blockchain Technologies Business Innovations and Clean Energy Solutions from MIT (USA, 2020)
