Thomas Jauk has been CEO of LEC GmbH in Graz since 2023. With a strong academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Technical Sciences from Graz University of Technology, he brings over two decades of experience in research, development, and leadership. After starting his career at the Institute of Internal Combustion Engines and Thermodynamics at TU Graz, where he led teams in thermal management, sensor systems, and measurement technology, he transitioned into industry leadership roles. At FVT mbH, he headed the Sensorics and Combustion Analysis division, before moving to AHT Cooling Systems in Rottenmann. There, he spent a decade as Global Head of R&D, driving innovation in commercial refrigeration on an international scale. His career reflects a deep commitment to technological excellence and strategic leadership across both research and industrial environments.
